Update a 211 Entry
By joining PATH's database, you gain access to a comprehensive, no-cost resource that connects you to vital services through the 211 and 988 Call Centers. PATH's Online Database allows anyone to search for assistance directly, empowering communities to find the help they need quickly and efficiently.
If your organization is already in the database, you can update your information here. Contact the Database Department if you need your username or password.
Note: If you are looking to update information about a 590 Team, you must have DMH distribute that information to the 988 call centers on your behalf. Reach out to your DMH contact person directly.
Adding Your Agency to PATH’s Resource Database
Agencies interested in being included in PATH’s resource database must begin with the New Agency Form, the first step in the New Agency Process.
If your agency meets PATH’s inclusion criteria, you will receive a New Agency Detail Form, which collects the majority of the information needed to create your agency’s listing in the resource database.
For agencies already listed in the database, submitting a New Agency Form will result in a technical denial sent via email. If you are unsure about your agency’s current status, we recommend browsing PATH’s free online resource database before submitting a New Agency Form.
