Connect to Community Support
PATH's 211 assistance is your reliable source for connecting with essential community resources and support services, any time, 24/7/365.
Whether you are facing housing, food insecurity, healthcare, or emotional well-being challenges, we are here to listen, provide guidance, and connect you with the right resources.
What is 211?
Our community resource navigators are available 24/7 through call or text to provide assistance in three crucial ways:
Resource Referral: We help connect callers to a wide range of services such as rent and utility assistance, food, emergency shelter, healthcare, counseling, support groups, and more.
Problem Solving: Our team aids callers in brainstorming alternate solutions to their challenges and can uncover underlying causes behind the issues.
Emotional Support: We offer a listening ear for anyone in need of someone to talk to, irrespective of seeking resource referrals.
All our services are free and confidential.
