About Database Services

PATH’s Database Services Department maintains the Resource Database that serves the 211 and 988 Call Centers. This involves reaching out to every agency contained in the Database at least once each year to verify their information. The information contained in this database is available in three ways:

PATH staff are unable to provide resource referrals via social media, email, or our business line.

If you are looking to update your information in the Database, please see this page.

The Database Services Department is also responsible for the following publications:

  • PATH-O-GRAM: A fortnightly email newsletter with information relevant to non-profit organizations in the Bloomington-Normal area.
  • Where Do I Turn?: A tri-fold brochure that summarizes essential local services. This is updated roughly every 6 months for the Bloomington-Normal area. Other areas covered by our 211 call center may request a version for their area, though we may need additional time to update or create that document.

Please note that the Available Housing List and the HMIS Database are both maintained by the Homeless Services Department.
