About Database Services

Database Services' primary responsibility is curating a nationally accredited resource database of over 2,800 health and human services agencies in PATH's 53-county 211 and 9-county 988 coverage area in Illinois.

This involves completing a comprehensive formal update of every agency in the resource database a minimum of once per year, in accordance with professional standards of the Information & Referral sector and PATH's board-approved Inclusion/Exclusion Policy.

The information contained in PATH's resource database is available in three ways:

 

Database Services is also responsible for the following publications:

  • The Pathogram: A bi-weekly email newsletter with information relevant to non-profit organizations in the Bloomington-Normal area.
  • Where Do I Turn?: A tri-fold brochure that summarizes essential local services in the Bloomington-Normal area.

  • The Available Housing List and the HMIS Database are both maintained by the Homeless Services Department.
  • PATH staff are unable to provide resource referrals via social media, email, or our business line.
