Elder Abuse Intervention
PATH’s Senior Services Specialists are mandated by state law to investigate all reports of elder abuse or neglect.  Anyone can report a case of elder abuse in complete confidentiality.  If you are concerned about someone age 60 or older, living in McLean or Livingston Counties, call 309/827-4005. To find out where to report elder abuse in other surrounding central Illinois counties, call the East Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging at 800/888-4456.

Outreach for the Elderly
PATH’s Senior Services Caseworker provides in-home assistance to people age 60 and older in McLean County.  The caseworker does an assessment of need and helps link people to services that keep them independent.

Geriatric Counseling
This program provides confidential counseling to McLean County residents age 60 or older in their homes.  Families may also receive services.  To find a mental health treatment center in your area click here:

Crisis, Information, and Referral Workers can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by calling United Way 2-1-1 in McLean, Livingston, and DeWitt counties in Illinois. Access provided for any language, any time.
