Caregiver Services

The purpose of PATH’s Caregiver Advisory Services is to provide assistance, emotional support, and education to family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren in DeWitt, Livingston, and McLean Counties.

This service can assist caregivers of persons 60 and older with Information and Assistance, Consultation and Expert Advice, Connection to Respite Services, Counseling and Emotional Support, and educational and training programs.
