The purpose of PATH’s Caregiver Advisory Services is to provide assistance, emotional support, and education to family caregivers of seniors age 60 and older and grandparents raising grandchildren in DeWitt, Livingston, and McLean Counties. Our Caregiver Advisors help guide families through the maze of services offering expert advice on developing a care plan and provide emotional support during difficult times, especially when change in care becomes necessary.
