Caregiver Services
 

The purpose of PATH’s Caregiver Advisory Services is to provide assistance, emotional support, and education to family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren in DeWitt, Livingston, and McLean Counties.

This service can assist caregivers of persons 60 and older with Information and Assistance, Consultation and Expert Advice, Connection to Respite Services, Counseling and Emotional Support, and educational and training programs.  For a list of current caregiver support groups offered by PATH, click here.

Crisis, Information, and Referral Workers can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by calling United Way 2-1-1 in McLean, Livingston, and DeWitt counties in Illinois. Access provided for any language, any time.
