Homelessness

PATH offers:

  • Outreach Worker for the Homeless
    If in need of a place to stay in McLean County, Illinois, call the toll-free number 800/570-PATH or email the Supervisor for Homeless Services at lkimbrough@pathcrisis.org
  • Housing and Benefits Specialist
    Helps people who are homeless apply for mainstream resources such as public aid, social security, etc.
    Case Management/Follow-Up
    This position works with Transitional Housing clients at the Bloomington Housing Authority and provides follow-up services for those gaining permanent housing.

PATH also serves as the lead entity for the Central Illinois Continuum of Care covering 13 counties.  Local providers work together to end homelessness.

 

 

 

Crisis, Information, and Referral Workers can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by calling United Way 2-1-1 in McLean, Livingston, and DeWitt counties in Illinois. Access provided for any language, any time.
